What are cookies?

A cookie is a file with a small text or codex sent by a website on your computer or your mobile device when you start to visit this website. It allows remembering your actions and preferences (such as login, language, font size) for a period. So you do not have to re-enter them every time you come back to visit the site or browse from a page to the other inside.

A cookie is classified according to its duration:

  • session cookies; which is deleted when the user closes the browser or
  • persistent cookie that remains on the user's computer/device for a predefined amount of time.

How do we use cookies.

If you do not want some our cookies (or third-parties cookies) don't produce their effects, you could, for example, install a plugin in your Browser. However, our website couldn't work well.

Some of our pages use session cookies for:

  • allow you to register (log in) when you access our website (essential cookie to register);
  • keep the session open (essential cookies to register);
  • allow the booking of services and payments;
  • remember your viewing preferences;

Some of our pages use persistent cookies on the website to:

    • - remember your language selected, keep your session open for a future visit, keep your basket information;

    • - allows Google Universal Analytics, for example, to collect aggregated data on the website. No personal information will be collected by Google. The information is used only to control the website traffic and to gather information for further service improvements.
    • Vivishare uses Google Analytics, Facebook, Sendinblue and MailChimp to collect user navigation information. Data for Google Analytics and Facebook are aggregated data that don't identify the user. Sendinblue and MailChimp are useful external tools for sending emails. It is, therefore, necessary that these external services could receive some data such as email addresses, and name and surname.

The VIVISHARE website uses internal analytical tools that store data that can generate statistics on:

      • the number of visits made by the user, previous visits and current visits;
      • the duration of visits by users on the site;
      • the origin of visitors.

You can delete or block these cookies. However, some website features can't work.

ViviShare uses cookies: to understand and save user preferences for future visits, providing a better browsing experience and new tools. ViviShare reserves itself the right to hire external service providers to interpret aggregated data better.
