The personal data are collected according to the art. 6 of the regulation and treated according to the art. 7


The recipients are
- Vivishare by Michele Zucal;
- and communication services via e-mail. These are the services we have chosen to send automated emails based on user behaviour.
- for data for the finalisation of payments.
- Google Maps: in this case, Google offers us the service "DIRECTIONS ROADS." The data destined to google maps only concern renters.
- In the case of the following personal data: "name, surname, images, and address of the renter," the recipient is the general public. We'll use the data:

(i) for the pre-contractual phase (registration on the Vivishare website) and contractual (reservation of Vivishare services, processing of payments);

(i) to customise the user experience (the information helps us to improve the service according to the needs of individual users); for example, through profiling that takes place exclusively on the website, we can send discount vouchers.

(ii) to better target the products offered on ViviShare, which uses the information provided by registered users for this purpose;

(iv) to manage any promotions and surveys;

(v) to communicate with you.

(vi) only in the case of personal data of "name, surname, images, and address of the renters," the purpose will be to make public, create trust, and transparency of the Vivishare service.

The treatment period ends when the user revokes the consent.


All personal data, including images provided by the users when registering, create a profile or an announcement on the platform, or during access to the services available on ViviShare or by any other means provided by ViviShare, will be included in an electronic archive owned by ViviShare.

ViviShare informs users that it has adopted the technical and organisational measures established by law, which guarantee the security of personal data and avoid their alteration, loss, treatment, or unauthorised access.

ViviShare offers the use of a secure server. The confidential payment data is encrypted (SSL) and processed directly by, the provider of our online payment system.

The user's data, both public and private, will not be transferred, exchanged, transferred, or transferred to any other company for any reason without his consent. Only if ViviShare cedes the activity of ViviShare to another company, the ownership of the data will be transferred for the service to continue.

Vivishare uses third-party services, such as Google+, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter Sendinblue, and MailChimp, to spread the information,  to better achieve business purposes. Facebook is used to extend the knowledge of the service to a broader audience, and to build a more precise target of potential interested in the service that Vivishare offers.
MailChimp and Sendinblue are used to offer a Newsletter service for those who have signed up on the (or .net), and through the form of the advertising of Facebook Leads ads.


You can assert your rights as expressed in the regulation by contacting the data holder. In short: the user can exercise his right of access, rectification, opposition, limitation on use, deletion, and portability of data. Furthermore, there is the right to complain through a supervisory authority.


The user can have access to the personal data provided by following the path "My Customer Account"> "Personal Data." (For the regulation which forms the legal basis for this document, this path is origin and copy of personal data.)

For the knowledge of profiling data, you should request to the Owner. ((See below what is meant by PROFILING.)


The data archive is exclusively in the Prestashop database. 1&1 international internet service provides a server to store data with SSL security technology.


Vivishare is profiling only the user behaviour inside the website and not outside. Vivishare software keeps track of the type of origin when registering on the site (for example, direct link, search engine) of the date and time of accesses, activated trolleys, the kind of message received (not their content ). The profiling allows an automated process through the service providers and to send by email or SMS useful information to customers, as well as discount coupons on our products. We use Google Analytics to collect aggregate data. The aggregate data collected does not allow the identification of users.
